We are a small but highly experienced, family run computer support business. Local to Worcester, the members of our employable staff mean that we cover a broad range of disciplines.
We fix computers. We offer PC, Laptop and Mac sales, repairs, upgrades, advice, troubleshooting and support. Not limited to hardware, we tackle software issues too, from Windows to OSX to Sage and beyond.
Our workshops and showroom are situated at 140 Ombersley Road, next to the old Northwick Cinema, where you can come and chat to an expert or take a look at the showroom.
Since 1994, founder Brett Hollis has worked building and supporting PC's, Laptops, Linux, Server-Client systems, Apple Mac environments, and more. See below for a snapshot of where we've come from, and where we're at now.

Like so many IT and internet companies founded in the late 90s, Worcester Computers started with a guy in a spare room with a mission. Disappointed with what I experienced first hand by way of IT support and the poor quality of service, I (Brett Hollis) set out with a goal to create a first class IT service for home computer users, and home based businesses alike.
Driven by passion and meticulous attention to detail, a spare-room based operation has quickly grown into a locally recognised and sought -after business. Along the journey, a transition from the name Home Helpdesk to Worcester Computers has attracted a list of both glamorous clients who are leaders in their own fields, and unique individual clients who rely on service delivery to keep them on track, and ultimately - successful.
Worcester Computers is growing, and growing fast! It continues to deliver the excellent level of service it has become known for over the past decade. By continually expanding its focus into delivering bespoke and beneficial solutions for home users and businesses alike across a number of platforms, Worcester Computers has made the leap from a fledgling startup to become an established firm.
Still local and family/independently owned, we have grown from a small, but experienced individual offering IT Support, to a business that can offer full sales, service and support for users and businesses around Worcester and some parts of the Midlands.
When you call you’ll speak to a real person, who will speak in plain English. We’ll endeavour to understand the problem and we'll get to work. No job is deemed ‘too small’. If it’s important to you, then it’s important to us too!
All of our engineers are highly qualified and experienced computer technicians who are always ready to help.
