We try to be as open and as up-front about our charges as possible. After all, nobody (ourselves included) like hidden charges!

Our Policy

While we want to remain competitive in the marketplace, and provide value for money we do not believe that cheapest is always best. That's why we have positioned ourselves to provide quality service at a reasonable price. We have carefully structured our service portfolio, to go beyond what our competitors offer, by way of service, after service/sales support, and sales.

You may find cheaper, but you won't find better. This is covered by our guarantee. Our customers stand as testimony to that.

Home User Support

On-site, off-site, remote.

We like to deal with jobs on a 'job-by-job' basis. This means that we can assess the scope of a job before we begin and decide what is going to be the best value for you. Whether that's on-site or off-site support, we will talk it through before we begin.

Business User Support

On-site, remote, contracted.

Whether you need some basic quick support, or something more, as a business, we can quote and advise on computer solutions that fit to your needs. We offer standard, hourly charges for non contract work, and offer preferential rates on contract agreements.

Apple Support

On-site, off-site, repairs.

Apple products are unique. They require a high level of attention to detail when dealing with support issues too. We only use genuine Apple parts, and have many years of repairing and supporting Apples extensive product range.

We quote on a job-by-job basis, whether it's a repair or an upgrade. We come to you, take your device away (where needed) and deliver it back to your door:

It's as easy as 1-2-3!

Step 1

Call us on 01905 670 444 to speak to an advisor about your computer issue. We will either book an appointment for an engineer to visit or arrange for you to visit the shop.

Step 2

Our engineer will assist either in-store, or visit you on-site. If your computer requires off-site attention (which may be more cost effective), it will be safely unplugged and removed.

Step 3

Your computer is fixed or delivered back to you at home or in the office, installed and tested. We won't leave until you are 100% happy.
